How Lake Bled tours differ
Most guided trips to Bled start in Ljubljana, because that is where the day-trip market is. They differ in three ways: how long they take, whether you travel in a small group or privately, and which entries are included. Transport and a guide are normally part of the price. Entry tickets and the Pletna boat often are not.
The examples below are single trips. They show what one trip costs, not a market range. An offer price does not show free seats on your day, so check the date before you plan around it.
Many visitors also combine a tour with a visit on their own. A tour covers the longer distances, and you can add the island by Pletna or a walk around the 6 km lake path on another day. Opening hours change with the season, so match the tour date to the hours of the sights you want to enter.

Tour types and prices in 2026
Starting prices per person.
| Tour | Start | Length | From, per person |
|---|---|---|---|
| Half day, Bled and the castle | Ljubljana | 4 hours | €65 |
| Bled and Triglav National Park | Ljubljana | 10 hours | €99 |
| Postojna, Predjama and Bled, small group | Ljubljana | 10 hours, daily, English | €115 |
| Bled and Vintgar Gorge, private | Ljubljana | 9 hours | €125 |
| Vintgar Gorge guided walk | The gorge | Time slot, group of up to 18 | €25 (children €15) |
Do not treat a private tour and a small-group tour as the same product. For most visitors who want to see Bled in a single day without a car, the half-day tour is good value, and the full-day small-group trip fits those who also want Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle.
What the tour price covers
Check the list of inclusions before you compare.
Transport and guide
The small-group trip includes transport and an English-speaking guide. Entry tickets and the Pletna boat are optional extras. On that trip the castle costs €19 and the Pletna €20, paid in cash.
Entry tickets on top
Plan for the tickets you want to add. The cave and castle combination in Postojna is a separate purchase from the Bled sights, and each Bled sight has its own price.
